It can be caused by so many things, that it may take a little time to really sort out as to the exact root cause of the snoring happens.

The first technique to try is keeping yourself sleeping upon your side throughout the night. The best choices for some people are memory foam pillows, but a good pillow is not too firm and not to soft, so to best support the alignment of the head, shoulders and body.

This may be an anti-snoring nasal spray, herbal anti-snoring non-habit forming pill, some form of nasal strips or clips, or some other inexpensive over-the-counter anti snoring remedies now available.
