1) Dress to impress.

When it comes to approaching women, fashion plays a major role. Think about this; would a sexy hot woman rather talk to a guy wearing great clothes, or some punk wearing dark, torn, dirty clothing? Just be sure to dress in a way that is great for women to look at, but most importantly, make you feel comfortable. Posture is one of the most important indicators of self esteem. For instance, a woman will avoid a man walking with their head low and shoulders sagged. One great example to look at is the commercials that the army puts on television each day. Take notice and you will see the soldiers showing great strength in their posture. If you walk around with a great posture it will help you gain confidence and self awareness. The other guys will actually be jealous of how women look at you. 4) Maintain a healthier lifestyle.

In order to achieve high confidence and approach women, you will definitely need to be comfortable in your own body. There are countless individuals who are overweight and still pick up gorgeous woman with ease. On the other hand, there are guys who are in top physical condition, but cannot get the same level of success as the other guy. One of the biggest turn offs with women, is guy who is not comfortable with his body. Remember that the women you approach are "sizing" you up. They know you want to spend the night with them. If you are uncomfortable with your body, they will take this not only as one of your character flaws, but also an indication that you will not satisfy them so to speak.

If you happen to be uncomfortable in your body, then you should try to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This does not mean to go out and do super ultimate exercising, or to completely stop eating. Try to change your eating habits and incorporate a little exercising into your schedule. Remember, just one hour of walking per day, can make a big difference over time. Soon enough you will feel excellent in your own body and gain a major confidence boost.

5) Improve eye contact tactics.

This last tip can be the difference between picking up a woman, and going home alone. One of the sexy things women love is sexy eye contact. This does not mean for you to stare at her like a psychopath, but eye contact will help to create a certain comfort level between both of you. If you do not give her eye contact at all, she will think of you as immature and shy, or eve worse, focusing on another woman while talking to her.
