Tuberose (Polianthes tuberose) is in the Agavaceae family of botanical plants. This plant is native to Cental America where it grows wild. It is cultivated for its oil in southern France, Morocco, China, Taiwan and Egypt. Tuberose is a tender, tall, slim perennial up to 20 inches high. It has long slender leaves and very fragrant white lily-like flowers. It is related to narcissus and jonquil. Traditionally there isn't much history on this oil other than to say it is usually used in very expensive perfumes, especially of an oriental, floral or fantasy type. Some have described the fragrance as being close to the aroma of lilies, or of members of the Freesia family. Others have said it is like a blend of Jasmine Sambac, for the exotic notes, and Rose Otto for the intense floral. Tuberose Absolute is a must for anyone with an interest in perfumery, or a desire to experience new scents. How Can Tuberose Essential Oil Be Used Today? Generally you will not find this oil available except for the perfumers.
Rue (Ruta graveolens) is in the Rutaceae (citrus) family of botanical plants. This oil is produced through steam distillation of the fresh herb and is now being grown in Ecuador as an ingredient in the RutaVaLa blend. Ruta (rue) oil is a very different chemical composition than the Ruta graveolens herb itself. The herb or water extracts from the herb can have negative effects at very high dosages. Ruta oil is composed primarily of ingredients that are Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) according to the FDA. Rue is an ornamental, shrubby herb with tough woody branches, small, smooth bluish-green leaves and very small greenish-yellow flowers. Rue has a sharply herbaceous, distinctly fruity orange-like scent, with a characteristic bitter acrid back note that makes the overall impression an unpleasant one. Traditionally use of the rue herb dates back many centuries and is referenced in the Bible as an herb to be tithed. In ancient medicine, the herb Rue was a favored remedy as an antidote to poison.
Winter or Mountain savory (Satureja Montana) is in the mint family of botanical plants. The oil comes from steam distilling the whole flowering plant. Savory is a bushy perennial sub-shrub that grows up to 16 inches high with woody stems at the base, linear leaves and pale purple flowers. Traditionally savory has been used as a culinary herb since antiquity especially in flavoring meats. It has a sharp, medicinal, herbaceous fragrance. Savory was used as a digestive remedy especially good for colic and in Germany it was used particularly for diarrhea. Only occasionally has it been used in perfumery work. How Can We Benefit from Savory Essential Oil Today? When compared with many varieties of thyme, rosemary and lavender, recent research has shown the anti-microbial properties of savory to be greater. It has strong antibacterial, antif-ungal, antiviral, and antiparasitic properties and it is immune stimulating and anti-inflammatory. It is used for Herpes, HIV, scoliosis, lumbago and back problems.
What is GNM? GNM is the German New Medicine which describes an original way of understanding cancer and other form of diseases from a biological, psychological, and mental level. Basic Principles A psychological trauma, called DHS, causes the appearance of a set of concentric rings in the brain, called HH. These can be seen on a Computerized Tomography scan (CT). The location of the concentric rings depends on the nature of the trauma. As soon as the HH appears, a specific organ of the body would be affected. The place of the HH in the brain determines which organ is affected. Origin The German New Medicine was invented by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, who was born in 1935 in Germany. He studied medicine and theology. He began to work at the University clinic in Tьbingen as an internist. In 1978 his son Dirk had been accidentally shot. Consequently, Dirk died in his father's arms. Shortly after Dirk's death, Dr. Hamer was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Dr.Hamer felt his cancer was directly related to the loss of his son.
Can you teach yourself Reiki? Yes, I firmly believe that you can. If you really want to learn anything, you can! Reiki is no different and because the energy of Reiki comes directly from God, it may be one of the easiest things in the world to learn! God gives us everything we need, without even asking, He starts our heart beating and keeps it beating for us, He gives us the air to breathe, the food to eat and the water we drink. It is all given to us in abundance, so it stands to reason that His Healing Energy would be given to us just as freely. Healing Energy is not an invention of man, it is a gift form above! I have found from personal experience, that the more we are grateful for the gifts God has given us, the more he strengthens them! For me, I have enjoyed a home study course called The Essence of Reiki to strengthen my Reiki and knowledge that I originally attained from a weekend workshop. Think of the sugar pill, the placebo is given to the patient, believing the doctor, that it will cure him and more often than not it does.
Aromatherapy oil is a term that can be applied to both natural and synthetic oils. This can be very confusing if you already have concerns about synthetic oils. As reed diffusers and aromatherapy candles become increasingly popular, many buyers have probably had the experience of being disappointed in either the scent or effectiveness of the aromatherapy oil used in a product they have purchased. Neither of these issues can be entirely attributed to whether the oil is synthetic or natural. The therapeutic effectiveness and scent of a natural aromatherapy oil can be affected by many thing, a few of which are: weather, soil, timing of cultivation, extraction method, and quality control. Though not many would argue for the therapeutic benefits of synthetic oils, they are less expensive that the natural oils, and often have a more potent scent. Unfortunately, because of the lower cost, and a common perception that more is better, many of the most readily available aromatherapy oil consumer products will contain either a low-grade natural oil or a synthetic oil.
What is Zenna Healing??? Zenna Healing is about spirit entities doing a kind of surgery on the auric field of the client to promote health and healing. Source In 1989, Brian Cattermole, in New Zealand, has read the book called Hands of light. Base on what he has read, he has created (around year 2000) an official healing modality called Zenna Healing (Spiritual Surgery). Basic Principles The main idea of Zenna Healing is that just by inviting your spirit surgeon (verbaly), the spirit surgeon would instantly come and perform a healing on the auric field. The protocols are: 1-Make yourselves comfortable - the session might take up to one hour. 2-Keep your hands absolutely still during the healing. Your hands are placed gently on the body. Then 3-Spirit Technician work through you. He needs you to keep still because any movement you make will affect the healing negatively. 4-When you are ready to begin, give the Spirit Technician an invitation to start the healing. 5-The Spirit Technicians work very fast - because they are not limited by time and space.
Spiritual Surgery is about spirits doing a surgery on the Aura (also called Human Energy Field). The Auric is an unseen (almost) exact copy of the physical body. Source The first person who has documented spiritual surgery is an American Healer called Barbara Brennan. She described it in her Book Hands of Light as spirits who started to do a sort of surgery on the auric field (the etheric template part of the auric field) of her client, while she was doing hands on healing. I quote few lines from page 219 (Hands of Light): "As I progressed in the etheric template healing work, I began to witness whole operations taking place. At first, I found this hard to believe because they appeared to be so similar to an operation on the physical level performed by surgeons in the operating room of a hospital... As I allowed my hands to passively rest upon the patient's body, my etheric hands would detach themselves from my physical hands and sink deep into the patient's body. Then the hands of the guides (whom I call the surgeon) would reach through my etheric hands and literally perform an operation.
Why movement? The Tao Te Ching says it best: "That which is static and unchanging is dead. That which moves and changes is alive." Life is continual movement; even as we sleep, the movement of our internal organs perform essential life functions. But how aware are we of our bodies and their movements? Like James Joyce's Mr. Duffy, who "lived a short distance from his body, " many of us live away from our bodies in this age of technology and stress. Yet technology and stress make living in our bodies even more essential to our health and well-being. Each stress, each trauma, each abuse takes it toll on our bodies. We abuse our bodies with drugs, alcohol, diet, too little sleep, and too little or too much exercise. We abuse our bodies by ignoring them or trying to force them to change in drastic ways. We abuse our bodies by disliking them, by thinking we are too short, too tall, too thin, too fat, or somehow shaped wrong. We judge our bodies as seen from the outside, as if we were viewing a statue or wax dummy.
I've been blessed to work with thousands of patients from different cultures and backgrounds. Some rich, some poor. Most come in pain and suffering - and are looking to become whole again. Complete. As a team - we start the healing process. First, we honour the spinal cord. The foundation of life. Why is this junction so important? This place is so critical because this is where we store our physical and emotional hurts. Our past traumas, anger, sadness, frustrations - all get stored in our spinal cords. So the first place for healing - is releasing the stress and tension from your spinal cord. As we release this stress from the cord - the body is now in a position to heal. It is in a position where energy can flow again. Where love can flow again. Next - we begin the process of movement and flexibility. The body when in a state of health and radiance, is meant to be soft and flexible. Child like. We teach our patients the necessity of stretching, walking, exercise. The body loves and craves movement.
