Natural Cures - Natural Cures That Have Been Proven to Work

Natural Cures are becoming more common. Probably a big reason for this is that people are learning about the dangerous side effects of drugs out there. It seems if you look at the side effects for a drug, you will find at least 10 of them. Hmmm... I'll cure my leg pain, but I'll get heart palpitations, diarrhea, be chronically tired and sweat immensely. Sounds great, eh?

So in to play comes "natural cures". Personally, I have been cured and heard of many people being cured naturally.

For instance, I have been using natural cures for about 20 years now.

when I have a cold, I go to the health store (or buy online) homeopathic cold tablets. I take them exactly as they say on the box (a lot of people don't have the patience to take the "cold pills" every 15 minutes for the first hour and then every 2 hours until symptoms improve... so they will say they don't work). Within 24 hours, it's gone.

A good friend of mine from the Phillipines told me that her mom (who is older) started slurring one day. It was apparent she was having a stroke. So what did she do? She started giving her pieces of garlic and water. She did this for a while until she could speak properly again. Garlic worked within about a half an hour!

Another natural cure I use for my daughter when she has a stomach ache or fever is distilled aloe vera. I buy it at the health store or online. It works like a charm.

Another natural cure for dry hands is Glove'n Care hand cream. It works great on dry hands.

Another natural cure can be used for a bladder infection. It's cucumber water. Just slice a cucumber and put it into a container. You add water and drink lots of it during the day.
