The quantums of energy that makes up our body vitalize our mind, emotions, psyche, and body. The life force tends to diminish in the average person as he ages due to poor diet, emotional stresses, environmental challenges, drug interventions, lack of exercise, etc. On the other hand, the individual born with a moderately good Vital Force and blessed with a life of yoga or other energy disciplines, good energetically balanced food plan, and emotional balance can strengthen his Vital Force and often avoid a premature death or long drawn out deep emotional imbalances.
