Why God Says That Taking Care Of Your Health Will Have You Live Longer?

You probably want to live long. Believe it.. God wants that to. God wants you to take care of your health. That is why, God in the Bible says that you must take care of your health.

In fact, in the Bible, Joshua said: (Joshua 23:11) Protect your life very much; as a way of loving G-d.

Every time you go to the doctor - you are loving God.

Every time you put on your seat belt - you are loving God.

Every time you eat healthy food - you are loving God.

Every time you exercise - you are loving God.

It's so easy to love God in this way. Take care of your own life, protect it.

Then you will be loving God. God wants you to know that you are one of the most precious things that He has created. God wants you to take care of your health and of your life.

How can you take care of your own health - and know that you are loving God.

The first step is to thank God for giving you your life. To know that God has entrusted you with your own body here on earth and wants you to take care of it.

When you exercise, and remember that you are doing it as an act of loving God, then you are performing a spiritual service to God. In fact, you might want to thank God for your body and your health while you are exercising.

Similarly, when you eat, REMEMBER that you can eat as an act of loving God.

Thank God for the food. Thank God before you eat, so that God's blessing enters the food.

As you eat, remember that by taking care of yourself, and loving yourself, you are also loving God. Taste every bite of your food, feel it go in your body. Feel it nourishing you. Feel that God has placed nourishment into the food in order to make you healthy. Close the circle by appreciating God and thereby loving God. In return, God will make sure that the food you eat and the exercise you do will in fact make you healthy.

The circle will then repeat. God will love you by providing food and exercise.

You will love God by thanking God as you eat the food and do the exercise. Over and over again.

This is just one of the many secrets that God offers in the Bible.
