Many of the most recognized health associations in our country, such as the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association, recommend that individuals primarily increase their activity levels using walking as exercise. On the other hand, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) makes the following recommendations: 1) a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per day most days of the week, or 2) a minimum of 20 minutes of vigorous intensity physical activity three days each week, plus 3) resistance, strength-building, and weight-bearing activities two days per week. Who is right, and is it happening? In terms of effectiveness, experience shows that the CDC is closest to the mark.

My Experience With Intervals On The Treadmill
Hello everybody. I want to tell a little bit of myself. I'm young... but I don't like to run.. really. I rather be in the gym and have the most difficult weight training than have some cardiovascular exercises like run, bicycles or everything else that includes sweat, stinky smell and lack of oxygen. I want to share with you my experience with the intervals. One day my friend Matt forced me to workout with him on cardiovascular exercises. I hate cardiovascular shape (Did I already mention it?) and so I went on the treadmill and start to run No stretches, no water, no nothing.. I started with a walk and to be honest it was a bit difficult to me. Than Matt start to run!
