Cardio To Burn Fat - How Much Cardio Should You Do To Burn Fat

Running is best form of cardio and that has many benefits for human being. All in all cardio is explained to beneficial for everyone and it almost preached that you should be being at least one mile a day. Basically heart needs exercise to function properly and running is that fantastic way of doing such an activity.

When it comes to burning fat, cardio is proven, no brainer. But cardio must be done in a proper way and if you do excess cardio, it may have medical consequences on you. The reason for limiting cardio is that your workout is inherently catabolic in nature. In the other words, the longer you exercise the more mass muscle you risk of losing. But on other hands, you need some time to get fat burn process going, so you can't do this hit and run either. I have found 45 minutes to be decent middle of the road situation, but some swear by 25 -30 min workout.

Most of the people performing cardio are using it as way of burning excess weight and calories stored in their body and since all the body is moving it going to increase to the urge of energy an some form of slightly better when strictly speaking of fat loss, but all cardio whatever form they are will definitely burn your calories.

Although, after cardio you may burn fat, which adds up to x calories for your 45 minutes on the treadmill. If you engage in more strenuous interval training, you will burn more fat for yourself. What should you should be doing is that run in a at high pace initially and then slow down to give your body break, this way your heart in one time pumping blood quickly and then it slow down, this is best exercise to make your heart strong. Then in between the training run at steady pace to make your body strength, varying the pace is definitely making sure you or more work to burn fat.
