Consult Your Doctor About Acne

Are you too embarrassed to go out in public with that huge new zit on your nose? Have you been struggling for years with chronic acne and severe acne scarring? Are you in great pain due to the inflammation from the massive secondary infection to the pimples that you recently popped? Keeping your skin scrupulously clean at all times, minimizing the use of makeup, avoiding touching the affected acne areas, refraining from squeezing and popping, drinking lots of water, eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, getting plenty of exercise, avoiding stress and obtaining adequate sleep - will all help your situation. Unfortunately they will most likely not cure your acne problem however.

Remember that a small acne outbreak can turn into a major skin infection with resultant permanent scarring if treated incorrectly, or ignored. Get professional advice early and the acne problem will probably only be a temporary one.
