Take fish oil and coconut oil daily. Rubbing coconut oil on your skin will make your skin healthier too. Use organic Virgin coconut oil if possible. Taking fish oil will help a lot if you have dry eyes also and joint pain. Taking fish oil and coconut oil have also given me more energy!

I also found that mixing sea salt with your water is very beneficial in preventing dry skin. I didn't know this but bottle water isn't at all better than tap water! It's best to buy an osmosis filter if you can afford it but you should know that most bottle water are just tap water!
