How to Optimize Brain Function
You brain controls all aspects of your life. How you move, what you think, how you react, your happiness and so on originates in your brain. By optimizing your brain, you can optimize all aspects of your life.
The problem, of course, is the black box that is your brain. Until very recently, even the brightest mind in the world had no idea how the brain worked. In fact, most insisted genetics play a dominant role in determining your brain function and that no other factor have any influence.
Now we know better. We know there are things you can do to do anything from improving memory, thinking better, increase your analytical skills, better your concentration and manage depression... all these, you can achieve through natural means.
One of the most powerful techniques that neuroscientists have discovered that achieve these things is simply exercise. Cardio exercise, to be exact.
A short 15-minute jog or a 30-minute walk each day can do wonders for you brain. It prevents aging, prevents immobility and increase blood flow to your brain. That's in addition to the plethora of benefits to your body in general. So significant the effects of exercise are to our body, some scientists theorized that humans, in fact, evolved to run.
So here's what I want you to do from today on: Go for a slow 15-minute jog every day, for a week. If you don't see a difference, simply stop. But trust me, you'll see so much improvement in various aspects of your life, you wouldn't want to stop!
