Help! I Need a Spyware Destructor Now

Has your computer been taken over by a spyware program? Are you desperately seeking a spyware destructor to get rid of that pesky nuisance once and for all?

Spyware is any software that covertly gathers user information through the user's Internet connection without his or her knowledge, usually for advertising purposes. Spyware applications can get onto your computer by hiding behind freeware or shareware programs that can be downloaded from the Internet, or it can attach itself to a variety of Web sites. It can even be spread by e-mail. The programs are designed to collect user personal information and send it out through a background Internet connection without the user's knowledge and consent. Spyware silently tracks user's web browsing habits, records visited web sites and logs taken actions.

Spyware is not illegal in and of itself, but some argue that it ought to be. Besides reporting on what web sites you visit, it has the capacity to record and report a log of your keystrokes and the documents you work on.
